Warrant of Sovereign Pardon, Clemency and Forgiveness of Sins
Now, Therefore, Be It Known, That I, Emmy Ann Horstkamp, The Chief of the United States and Senator of Georgia, CA, NY et al, Head of the Monarchy Court, Sovereign Empress Emmy and head of the Roman Catholic Church have granted, and by these presents do hereby grant, a full, free and absolute pardon and forgiveness unto Emmy Ann Horstkamp (Living) and Queen Elizabeth II (deceased) and Prince Phillip of Edinburgh (deceased) and Guenter Frederick Horstkamp (deceased) and Judith Ramirez Chaux (deceased.) THIS full and unconditional pardon and forgiveness is for any crimes or sin committed or may have been committed by the above persons with royal or without royal bloodlines which may include and is not limited to any violations of Monarchy laws, Government Statutes, Law & Norms; Christian rules & norms, Islamic rules & norms, Jewish rules & norms, all EU laws, all international laws which also includes the Royal Family Court Rules. The list of known and possible failures by the persons above are not all inclusive in the list below and the list below is not specific to every person nor is it all encompassing of the infractions of the law which may have been committed without full documentation presented as the time of this proclamation no 2026-001, and, as of this date, Emmy Ann Horstkamp includes the following in this proclamation of Forgiveness, Clemency and Pardon No: 2026-001
IDENTITY - Crimes committed by those wearing masks without their consent in the United States and Overseas; for any crimes committed by those wearing their clothes in the US MASK program or in any other circumstance where people were wearing their clothes, using their voices, using their penmanship, using their style, using their resume using their passports and or legal documents, using their signature stamp without their consent; for any crimes committed by those presenting themselves as Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Guenter Frederick Horstkamp, Judith Ramirez Chaux, Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh & Queen Elizabeth II or any of the above persons without their consent; for any crimes committed by persons requesting services, assets, access to information, financial information, salaries, or financial payments without the consent of the authorized persons; for any actions committed by their raised or biological children or siblings who look like them and committed a crime; for any crimes or immoral behaviors by others using their persona; for any crimes or immoral behavior using sex dolls or digital versions of themselves, using images of their persons without their consent, for any crimes or infractions or immoral behaviour by others using flesh suits of their persons without their consent;
BUSINESS - for any crimes, misdemeanours or infractions which may have occurred while working for their own businesses and corporations in regards to working as directors, working actively in the business, working with accounting, financial management or any ordinary work within their normal business practices, for any grand jury indictments naming the above family members; for any infractions while working as a lawyer or any other licensed professional, for any infractions of any laws or rules or norms of the United States or any Monarchy or any Government of the world and in the air and in space, specifically for Emmy Ann Horstkamp while working for the United States Executive Branch between 2015 to 2026;
TRAFFIC- for any traffic violations they may have committed while driving in the United States, the Island of Eng or Europe or Asia or flying planes or driving boats or spaceships or submarines; for any infractions of the secrecy act or any classified data act that they were unaware of as they worked with information in the public domain until 2026.
INHERITED CRIMES- For any infractions which might be passed or inherited such as tax issues from fathers, mothers, grandparents, great grandparents or crime associated or crimes against humanity by family members within the Monarchy which were Nazi, Devils, Zionists, Norwegians, Swedish Germans, French, Spanish, Asian, Americans, Territorial et al and which have yet to be documented and which trials must be pursued for historical accuracy. With peace, Emmy Ann Horstkamp declares that the sins of the father do not pass to the child but restitution for the final conflicts 1946 through 2025 must be determined and may be available and are not considered inheritance.
MISREPRESENTATION-For any identity violations submitted in person or verbally or in digital form through the mail, email, or online submission; for any infractions regarding their identities in any jurisdiction; for any infractions for not wanting to file voluntary paperwork with government agencies;
ROYAL- for any infractions and crimes which may have happened while standing up for their rights as humans and royals; for any crimes that were committed upon the request of their government or a request to their staff; for any crimes of the law that may have occurred removing criminals from Monarchy governments, from Monarchy lands, and from their personal lives; For any crimes that may have been committed removing psychological torturers from surveillance feeds and removing persons illegally on surveillance feeds; For any crimes that may have been committed removing persons having access to their persons and property and protecting themselves; for any crimes that may have been committed protecting their guardian children; for any crimes that may have been committed as they requested their inheritance be placed back where it belonged in their inventory; for any crime that may have been committed as they worked on democracy with the consent of the defense departments; for crimes committed or which may be committed by storing data for government agencies for five hundred years; for crimes committed or which may be committed by archiving data for the Monarchy Archive, for crimes committed or that may happen regarding the Monarchy Wars conflicts from 1946 to the present, for any crimes which may have been or may be charged as a crime while working in a profession; For any infractions of the secrecy act or any crime associated with classified data while working with information up to the present.
In the United States Supreme Monarchy Court this warrant of Sovereign Clemency, Pardon and Forgiveness by the Chief of the United States of America, Sovereign American Monarch, by the Sovereign Empress Emmy, Queen Ann of England & Spain and the Pope of the Vatican, is for any offenses written or planned to be written by the governments at any level of government and kept in government files at at any level of government including any crimes and their files which may have been created in any jurisdiction; including but not limited to grand juries indictments, charges of crimes, multi level crimes put together on various topics with federal and state crimes combined including but not limited to the following: Any administrative crimes, civil crimes, white collar crimes, tax crimes, criminal crimes at all levels including all infractions, all misdemeanors and all felonies naming any of the above stated persons which have been declared to have royals lineage or a link to royal lineage; any crimes committed for government agencies; any department of defense crimes; any intelligence agency crimes, or any crimes implied but not yet charged and used as a threat, and crimes which the files may be or may have been kept in some location globally or in space or in the air and are not immediately available for review at the time of proclamation.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and Sign with my Sovereign Seal this 26th day of March, in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty-six, and with the assurance of a Sovereign American Monarchy of United States, declared and affirmed for American democracy, and on the lands inherited by Emmy Ann Horstkamp Rameriz Chaux the sole winner as mandated by the rules of the War of the Monarchies ending the Monarchies of England, Scotland, Wales, Denmark, Spain and Puerto Rico and other small monarchies and reservations at State level in America and on the Island of Eng as of 2025 THAT
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED AND ORDERED on this day that all official records relating to any arrests, Grand Jury indictments trials,inquests, and convictions (if any) of the above mentioned persons be EXPUNGED which means sealed and not available for indexing or review. All records must be forwarded to the Monarchy archive in Switzerland for historical archiving and may be kept at the Pentagon dark room until a process for transfer is put in place.
IT IS FURTHER DECLARED and ORDERED that:
The Police Departments involved and the Bureaus of Investigation and the Defense Departments and all the Clerk of Courts involved shall remove all references to the cases from their files and computer databases.
The Clerk of Courts shall remove from the public record all physical and electronic files pertaining to the matters associated with the persons above and forward the Physical files to be archived at the Pentagon's Dark Room.
In the eyes of the law, the arrest and/or convictions shall be treated as Monarchy classified and shall never be available for the public nor shall the information from the files be added to any government database.
III. RIGHT TO DENY Pursuant to Sovereign Monarchy Law, the above mentioned persons may state they have had files expunged by the Sovereign Empress Emmy while offering forgiveness at the end of the Monarchy Wars. They may also state they have a pardon forgiveness from the pope for any moral offense violating the ten commandments up to the date of this Warrant of Clemency, Pardon and Forgiveness.
SO ORDERED by the Sovereign Empress Emmy Head of the Royal Monarchy Court, Royal Family and Vatican on this 26th day of March 2026 for her family who survived the Monarchy Wars and those family members who have supported her reign and her work strengthening democracy, human rights, Freedom and Liberty..
Statement of Acceptance of Sovereign Clemency, Pardon and Forgiveness
Atlanta, Georgia USA March 26, 2026
I. Acknowledgment of the Pardon and Forgiveness As Sovereign of all Monarchies and Pope of the Vatican, I acknowledge that I have been granted in this document in my own hand as the Sovereign of the United States and the Sovereign of all Monarchies as of today a full, free, and absolute pardon for all offenses which I have committed or may have committed during the period of my life up to date.
II. Expression of Gratitude I accept this act of Sovereign clemency with a profound sense of gratitude and humility for my inheritance, my families work towards freedom, democracy and fairness. I am deeply mindful of my Sovereign desire to seek reconciliation for our Sovereign Families and their governments needed to heal the divisions that have burdened our people who are found around the globe and in the air and in space.
III. Reflection on Actions In looking back on the period in question, I recognize that my judgments were, in some instances, flawed regarding facts and people. I now understand that my own mistakes and misjudgments and misunderstandings may have contributed in some way to the loss of confidence in government institutions that I serve in the United States and the former Monarchy of England which has been replaced by the Monarchy of ESAAM on the Island of Eng. This realization is a burden I shall continue to bear as I work as Sovereign Empress Emmy of all Monarchies working on the restoration of my people's faith and economies.
IV. Commitment to the Future It is my hope that this act of mercy towards the above will mark the end of a period of national and international distress and that we may now look forward to a time of renewal and conciliation between monarchy members and global citizens. I pledge my support to make a sincere effort to restore the unity of people and provide them with a functioning governmental processes for the people hopefully incorporating Republican ideals and democratic systems..
V. Formal Acceptance Therefore, I,Emmy Ann Horstkamp, do hereby formally accept this Pardon, Forgiveness and Clemency in the form of the Sovereign Pardon, Clemency and Forgiveness of Sin granted to me as set forth in Proclamation 2026-001 on this date while working on democracy and in my role as Chief of the United States Sovereign Empress Emmy of all Monarchies and Pope of the Roman Catholic Church.
