Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Chief of the United States - Formal Chief name Chief Rattle Snake White Fox, Chief of the American Tribe a/k/a Tribe America. The Great Granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II, Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.
The title of Chief of United States is without term and was gifted by Queen Elizabeth II to Emmy Ann Horstkamp in her youth. Her assets were held in trust by the United States of America until she reached majority and then without her consent until she turned 55.
Now that she has reached 55, she set aside funds as a savings account for the Defense department of the United States of America in case of war. She requested in 2016, a full accounting of her assets and now requests a detailed explanation of how her funds have been used during the last two years.
The White House is the formal residence of the Chief of the United States and the President lives in a private residence elsewhere in D.C.
The president is elected by the people of the United States, the Commander is chosen by the military and heads the United States Defense Department.
Donald Trump was the last president to use the title chief as an honorary title while holding the assets of Emmy Ann Horstkamp. The Title now remains exclusively for use by Emmy Ann Horstkamp and all other Chief titles in the United States have been taken down.
