Set Aside Executive Orders for Review | Declaration Feb 19, 2026

 This declaration sets aside all executive orders, more than 14,000 which have not been signed & Affirmed by the current Chief of the United States, SAM  Emmy Ann Horstkamp, JD, or the Chief before here, Queen Elizabeth II.    All 14,000 Executive Orders are set aside and shall be reviewed by staff appointed by the Chief Emmy Ann Horstkamp, JD, explained to the public and then affirmed or rejected.
