Capital Offense : Bullying the Chief of the United States

 Dear Citizens of the United States and people who have access to the data of the Chief of the United States.

It is declared a criminal offense to misuse the data of the Chief, access her data without consent.

It is declared a capital offense to bully and mob the Chief of the United States. The Chief has jurisdiction to demand charges be filed against all individuals who bully or mob her. 

The Chief of the United States has the authority to detain all persons in the United States who bully or mob her and to detain other individuals who happen to access her data to bully, mob or misuse her data.

The data of the Chief of the United States that is published online is for the knowledge of the public.

The data in the computers of the Chief,  and her files in the cloud and in her residences in hard drives and in storage in hard drives are her personal data files.  The chief's personal belongings are not available to the general public. Access the Data of Emmy Ann Horstkamp without consent is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted by the state and country in which she is located.

This declaration applies retroactively to 1990.
